Family run B&B in a Victorian building. Competitive tariff for people like me it means we are cheaper than all in the area. Opposite we have a Bannatyne Health & Fitness Centre with a relaxing pool complimented by a Spa for beauty treatment which will transform your wife or girl friend. This adjoins Banbury Rugby Club. Next door we have Cotefields garden centre. Across the way Auction rooms: Auctions are held bi weekly on a Saturday. See JS Auctions Banbury where you can read the catalogue. Some 10 minutes away is Cotefield reservoir abundantly stocked with all coarse fish some very large. If that is not enough we are a few minutes drive to Cotswold villages.

We are in a Rural area with the canal not too far away. We are a few minutes from Banbury town but in a village which boasts 3 pubs and a very old church. There are lots of country walks and signed cycle ways. It is a lovely place to be.

Not advisable for the aged or infirm. Being Victorian the stairs are steep. We do have a room on the ground floor with full en-suite. There is parking inside and a large lay-by outside. It is on the A4260 which is a busy road however we are insulated against traffic noise. There is a large garden to the front of the house. We have a secure area to store bicycles. We are not afraid of well behaved dogs. We have a springer spaniel. A tiresome animal.


We are noted for our fine breakfast and the nonsense stories told by the Chef.
We welcome short and long stay visitors and cater accordingly for overseas visitors.
